The Albert’s Letter

When sixteen-year-old Afshin Bahrami receives a letter from a stranger claiming to be his uncle, his quiet life in Tehran is suddenly filled with questions. The letter reveals a past his parents have kept hidden for years—a missing brother, a family secret tied to another country, and a version of his father he’s never known. As Afshin digs deeper, he uncovers a history shaped by silence, distance, and decisions made long before he was born. Caught between what he’s been told and what he feels to be true, Afshin sets out on a path that will lead him across borders and deep into the heart of his family"s story, to find his past and search for true identity, but the path is not smooth and he faces quiet unexpected challenges for his age.
