The present pages are devoted to, following the communicative approach, showing an analysis conducted with a 4th course of ESO group –A2-B1 level according to the CEFRL– as for the importance of Pragmatics in communication, both as an addresser and as an addressee. To put it differently, this document is concerned with the teaching of how more is communicated than is said in real life through a sitcom –which offers an endless range of unadapted informal examples language. It is ultimately concerned with how to acquire a foreign language rather than superficially learning it.
