Victor Segura Lemus is a Salvadoran doctor with over 30 years of experience in internal medicine and intensive care, having studied in countries such as Germany, Singapore, Peru and Spain. Victor has developed a solid career in the medical, administrative and academic fields, eventually serving as rector of Universidad Evangélica de El Salvador; he is a Christian and a member of the Nazareth Church for more than two decades.As a Christian leader, he has represented his country at important international events like Lausanne III and the World Missions Congress in Tokyo. He also founded the The Moses Project, a scholarship program for underprivileged Christian youth.
